Dr. Mitchell Wang graduated with his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Chapman University. He is a San Diego native with a lifelong passion for sports. As someone who grew up playing basketball, soccer, and track and field. Mitchell understands the value of moving and staying active. His personal experiences as both an athlete and a patient drive his commitment to helping others return to the activities they love. Mitchell believes that everyone deserves the right to move pain-free. He works closely with each patient to develop an individualized rehabilitation plan that integrates hands-on manual therapy, targeted therapeutic exercises, and patient education. His approach emphasizes collaboration, encouraging individuals to take an active role in their recovery while also equipping them with necessary tools for long-term success and lasting confidence.

Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Gabriella McCann received both her doctorate and undergraduate degrees at San Diego State University. After spending 8 years as a professional ballet dancer, she decided to pursue a career in physical therapy. Her background in dance instilled a deep rooted passion for movement and body mechanics to help optimize performance. Whether you are a dancer or athlete recovering from an injury or an active adult navigating chronic pain, Gabriella provides compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care. Her goal is to provide each patient with the skills to move with greater ease, confidence, and connection to their body to allow them to return to their peak performance ability. When outside the clinic, Gabriella enjoys spending time at the beach, training for triathlons, and exploring the amazing food scene San Diego has to offer!

Dr. Jessica Garcia earned both her undergraduate degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from San Diego State University. She is currently pursuing a certification in Applied Functional Science to further enhance her ability to provide dynamic, movement-based care. Growing up as a competitive athlete in soccer and volleyball, Jessica developed a deep understanding of the demands of high-level performance and what it takes to perform at your best, as well as the challenges of recovery. With a father who is also a physical therapist, Jessica was introduced to the world of rehabilitation at an early age, fueling her passion for movement, performance, and healing. She is committed to helping her patients overcome pain, restore function, and return to activities they love. Whether working with athletes, active adults, or anyone looking to improve their mobility and quality of life, she believes in personalized, goal-oriented care that empowers individuals to achieve their full potential. 💪🏼
