Last night’s Hormone Hour was such a success! I loved gathering with an incredible group of women for an evening full of insight, meaningful questions, laughter, connection, and community. There is something so powerful about women coming together to learn and support each other. 💕

We had an amazing discussion centered around GLP-1s and peptides, including how they work and how to use them safely and appropriately under medical supervision. GLP-1 medications can help support blood sugar regulation, metabolism, appetite control, and weight management, while certain peptides can assist with cellular communication, recovery, and overall wellness when prescribed and monitored correctly. My goal is always to help patients understand their options and create safe, personalized treatment plans that support long-term health.
