Become aware that your health issues are, at least in some part, a factor of stress and overwhelm.
Address the places where you *can* reduce the burden. Improve the diet (more non-gmo and organic where possible), improve sleep and exercise habits, and reduce the exposure to chemicals (go green and clean over time with body, makeup, and cleaning products).
Recognize that finding time to unwind and relax (not involving a screen) and moving your body are not negotiable if you want to thrive.
Pinpoint the places of emotional stress in your life and do what you need to do to process them.
Continue diving deeper in doing your personal growth work - a bottomless resilience and peace is accessible in that place. Past traumas may be playing a much bigger role than you realize. Therapy is only one of *many* ways to address this, and while essential for many, is not by itself generally enough to go beyond "ok."
If you want to get to "great," consider group work, community, coaching, and spiritual work. There is a freedom there like none you have ever tasted. It is my personal passion to go *there* with people I work with.
This is all a one-step-at-a-time kind of process. No one does this overnight, but it's also hard to do it all alone. Find support and accountability. We offer the SUM program for guidance, support and accountability on the deeper aspects of this work. Revive offers all kinds of support on the physical health aspects as well. -Dr. Emma Andre 💙
