Inaugural Full Moon Ceremony
September 7th at 7:15
An Evening Sound Ceremony
This is our first Full Moon Gratitude Ceremony and we are fortunate it falls durning a Harvest Moon. Harvest moons are traditionally a time to harvest and count your blessings.
Harvest Full Moons are the ideal time to lay back, relax, and meditate on this year’s joys. You harvest the good that’s been cultivated this year. Reflect on abundance in a safe community space.
Gratitude and taking time to reflect on the good provides health benefits like improved sleep, lower anxiety, lower blood pressure and a more positive outlook on life. In this busy and stressful season of the world it is incredibly important to pay attention to what is going right for you and in the community around you.
Because this is the first time we are offering this event we would like to have a discounted $10 drop in with all money going to support the Women’s Resource Center. There will be some photography taken to use for promoting future Full Moons. Afterward, Elizabeth will guide a silent walking meditation to the nearby beach, where participants will walk together under the glow of the full moon, attuning to the rhythm of the ocean and the spaciousness within.
Elizabeth blends over 40 years of teaching yoga with her work in sound healing, reiki, and hypnotherapy, creating a welcoming and transformative space for community and personal renewal.
Come align with the lunar cycle, release what no longer serves, and step into clarity and flow.
