A low-key yoga studio where the teachers know your name. We offer classes for beginners and advanced yogi's, in the heart of Carlsbad. It's just yoga!

It's very healthy and shouldn't be taken so seriously. Check the full schedule out on the website We are mostly outside these days. Dima prefers to teach indoors. Victor's 6am are inside with as much heat as we can manage. If it is freezing or raining we will be inside.

Next Full Moon Celebration is. A midweek break and reset. Wednesday November 5th! 🌕 syzygy for all of you who are in the know. I just found this word. The sun, earth, and moon are in a straight line making the moon appear larger. come celebrate with other people who love the moon and who love celebration 💕

For some reason google maps takes people to the opposite corner of the parking lot & people get confused. The flag patio is how you enter the studio! Also, what an awesome day, great clouds rolling in. I ordered a big banner for above the garage doors, the messaging is pretty accurate 💕🧘‍♂️ Woo Hoo, New Moon in Libra tonight and cosmo magazine says that means a period of calm after chaos 😊

The current class schedule, except I just realized I forgot a Wednesday night Yin with Sound and every other Sunday night Sound Bath! Well, this is pretty good to reference 🧘🧘‍♀️💚 Happy Fall, also find and read the NYT article about the yoga teacher. She ages well because of the community her practice brings into her life 🥰

Wear a costume and come dance! On actual Halloween 🎃 October 31st! 7pm. Gather and carve pumpkins at the table, or come inside and dance around in circles. Please show up in with a fun and silly attitude. If we get a little crazy we can TP ~so they finally understand they aren’t as cool as us 😊🏺. Also, it’s the day after Tish’s bday (so be extra fun) and we are having a pumpkin carving potluck.

Monday night we will be celebrating the Hunter’s Full Moon with Sound and Breath! will be leading this mediative bliss. Sound healing in the studio walk in silent meditation on the beach with a group and watch the moon glow above. Starts at 6:30 costs $40

Successful Women’s Circle led by Lola and Alex 🥰it’s so nice to see the spectrum of ages coming together to learn from each other and share experiences. This is a fabulous event to have at the studio because all money collected goes to support the Women’s Resource Center and they provided some vital guidance to me a few years back, so it makes me happy to know that am now in a place to support other women’s growth and connection 🥰

Taylor
Teaches the most Gentle of our Gentle Flows. She is here Monday and Thursday at 10:30. It’s an even paced relation and deep stretch class. Makes you feel pampered. She uses lots of props to create space in the body! Also, check out these clouds! No chem trails today ☁️✈️ it is for sure locals summer ☀️
