As a licensed therapist, I provide a safe space for mothers to release stress, rediscover themselves, and feel less alone in the challenges of motherhood. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping overwhelmed moms find more calm and balance in their daily lives. I know how heavy it can feel to juggle motherhood, relationships, and all the expectations placed on you — and my goal is to give you a safe, supportive space where you don’t have to carry it all alone. In sessions, we’ll focus on practical tools to manage stress while also giving you room to breathe, process, and reconnect with yourself. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a big fan of being in nature, surfing, hiking, and my spending time with my family and friends. I believe that the small joys in life are what keep us grounded, and I love helping moms rediscover what fills their cups.
