Hi, I’m Tracy! I’m a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Specialist—originally from Sheffield, UK, and now based in North County San Diego. I’m also a proud mom of two adult boys. After a childhood filled with gymnastics and team sports in Sheffield, I discovered a lifelong passion for fitness and healthy living. My adventures took me from the UK to Dubai as a flight attendant, then on to the U.S., where I turned my love of fitness into a career helping others feel strong and confident at every stage of life. Now, I focus on empowering women 40+ to thrive through menopause with science-backed fitness, nutrition, and wellness coaching. I believe that with the right support and a flexible, holistic approach, anyone can feel their best, no matter what life brings. I'm a Mom of two boys, a Certifeid Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist at http://onefitbrit.com a Competitive Figure Athlete https://www.facebook.com/Onefitbrit I live the clean, healthy lifestyle day in and day out. I’m serious about exercise and nutrition, both for myself and for those around me. I truly want people to be the healthiest they can be and live full, enriched lives. Working around this type of lifestyle and being a single mom of two children can be a challenge, but I’m passionate about health and helping others reach their full potential. Because of this, I always make myself available to clients and support them as needed on their journey to reaching and sustaining their personal goals. I recognize that they have lifestyle challenges of their own and do whatever I can to help them see that with discipline, flexibility and at times some creative thinking, they can adapt whatever they need to in order to achieve their goals. I considerer myself a life-long learner as far as fitness and health are concerned. I take classes whenever I can to learn about new methodologies and pick up strategies that I’ve yet to try. Having this knowledge makes me a better coach for my clients because it helps me educate them on why we do what we do and expose them to changes in their routines to help them surpass plateaus or simply keep things interesting.
