Rounding out our focus on self-love this February, we ask you to reflect on your relationship with your children and how your own self-love, self-esteem, and self-awareness can model healthier relationship patterns.

The way you care for yourself, set boundaries, talk about emotions, and respond under stress teaches powerful lessons about self-respect and emotional health. When children see adults honor their feelings, practice compassion toward themselves, and pause before reacting, they learn that their own needs and emotions matter too.
