CARLSBAD OFFICE:
Suite 100
- Open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- closed for lunch 12-1pm
- last UDS at 4:30pm
Suite 201
- Open Mon-Thu 7am-6pm
- Open Fri 7am-4pm
- Closed for lunch 12-1pm
- Last UDS Mon-Thu 5:30pm, Fri 3:30pm

MISSION VALLEY OFFICE:
- Open Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
- Closed for lunch 12-1pm
- Last UDS 3:00pm, must call on Friday as hours may vary

UDS will not be collected in any of our locations/suites during lunch time, patient’s must plan accordingly.
