We will tailor a program to promote the personal growth and symptom relief you seek. I work with adults, older adolescents, and couples, to address issues that have resulted in unhealed wounds, manifesting as thinking, mood, or relationship problems. Examples of these problems include: arguments with loved ones, sleep problems, nightmares, infidelity or affairs, overeating or lack of appetite, crying spells, parent/child conflict, troublesome or "racing" thoughts, drug or alcohol abuse, compulsive gambling, shopping, po*******hy, or internet use, chronic irritability and "blow ups", anxiety/panic attacks, or work-related stress.
