I show up for people, some in their happiest of moments and some in their darkest of moments.

I do life with people, not sugar coasted but real.

All tie into how safe,
secure and
protected
we feel,

Which can play into how quickly or slowly our baby comes into this world.

May we fill our birthing environment with people whom we can lose control with.

May we learn from all our power and strength through birth and may we carry that into confidence into parenthood.

May we be reminded that we are stronger than we could ever imagine

And that everywhere we fall short God covers.

May you find surrender, may you find God.

We’ve been told birth is something to survive.

What if it’s actually something to unlock?

This video is your reminder that birth is NORMAL. It’s not a medical event waiting to go wrong — it’s a rite of passage.

And the key? Stop thinking like a human in fear, and start moving like an animal in flow.

Animals don’t panic.
They breathe.
They sway.
They make sound.
They find their rhythm.

In my guide I remind you to:

🌀 Use your breath to open, not clench
🦋 Use movement to let gravity guide baby down
👐 Use tapping to rewire your nervous system
📳 Use vibration to shake out fear
💃 Find YOUR dance in each contraction
🌊 Find YOUR flow so labor feels like a wave, not a fight

When you remove fear, you remove suffering.

What’s left is sensation — and SENSATION is just POWER asking to move through you.

You are not broken. You are not weak.

You are a primal, powerful, birth-ready being.
