STUDIO ANNOUNCEMENT - We would like to share Cat Valadez’s transition from General Manager at Carlsbad and Programs Manager to Director of Programs for YogaSix Carlsbad, Solana Beach, Point Loma and St. Louis in Q1 of 2025!

In her new role, Cat will work closely with the General Managers and Lead Teachers to ensure the studios thrive and processes are streamlined on both the programs and operations sides of the studios. She will continue to teach, develop instructors, manage the class schedules, and help plan workshops and events.
