Our anticipation for our very first retreat is building. Every time someone new registers we are floored by how Divine Love is growing this community. And not by blindly throwing in the masses, but by carefully cultivating individuals.

The thing about us is we aren't interested in being the biggest. We don't want to spend our energy on 2,000 mice. We what to pour out on 2 elephants. We want to go deep, create room for messy authenticity, and invite every single one of you to belong here.

So if your heart is stirred, come. If you are tired of being overlooked or ignored, come. If you are ready for the kind of community that feels more like a tribe, come. If you love yoga or have yet to even buy a mat, come. If you have followed Jesus your whole life, are deconstructing your faith, or don't hold to any faith at all, come.

➕There are some things in life that just blindside you, right!? They hit you so hard & deep In ways you can't explain. Not necessarily bad just unexpected. I've been reading 's How to be Here book and he said this thing I keep thinking about... That moment when the truth you know moves from your head to your heart. "I froze in the doorway, watching her lying on the bed, as it began to sink in she was at the end of her life. You know someone is going to die because you know we're all going to die- you know it in your brain. ••But there's a moment when that truth drops from your brain to your heart, like an elevator in free fall, and it lands with a thud••" ➕It kinda like getting blindsided or free falling in an elevator, when the truth about something moves thru you. It's like it has to find your pulse, your very life source, for you to reconcile it. It eventually has to course thru your veins making it's way thru every part of you. Sometimes it just has to be fully felt, you need to see it from every side, or fully grieve it, or fully acknowledge it, in a visceral way for you to move on. It's life. It ain't clean... It's darn messy but man it means your alive. So maybe today let it be visceral and let the things you don't know how to reconcile pulse thru you. Heck this thing might even wake you up. 😘✌🏻️

We've been talking heart, head & gut in yoga. Tonight's ✨GOLDEN GIRLS✨👯 double instruction class @ 5:30pm - we plan to take these parts of ourselves back to the mat. Come get bendy and stay after for our Cinco De Mayo celebration: Margs for everyone 🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹
