My clients are doing SO amazing right now… it’s been one of those weeks where everything is clicking.

There is nothing better than seeing real results—and this is exactly what we focus on inside my one-on-one programs. Simple, consistent, and it works.

I’ve watched women completely shift how they look and feel in their bodies.

👉 Is there anything you would add to this list?

Sometimes the biggest progress comes from learning… and relearning the basics of how the body actually works.

When we follow science-backed strategies, we achieve real muscle growth, enhanced strength, and improved results. And most importantly…we make sure we’re not wasting our precious workout time. Make every workout count. Train smart. 💪

POV: Your workout is scheduled… but so is coffee, breakfast, laundry, life, and everyone else’s needs 😅

⭐️Jen made her workout today
⭐️Ana-spider bite and all!
⭐️Brenda- after a full day of classes
⭐️Jeff- before a day of making dream houses a reality 🫶🏻

I know it’s hard but keep trying!

Tell me—are you TEAM ‘I’ll get it in no matter what’ or TEAM ‘I blinked and it’s 8pm’? 👇

Every gym seems to have that one guy who says…

“Bro splits all the way, bro.” 😆💪

So naturally… a cartoon had to be made.

Now I’m curious 👇
What kind of workout split do you follow?

• Bro splits
• Upper/Lower
• Full body
• Something else?

Drop your split in the comments!

And if you’re not sure what a “bro split” is, comment “BRO” and I’ll give an example 😄

💭 Feeling stuck with your workouts?

You’ve tried programs, apps, challenges… maybe even a personal trainer. And yet… the results aren’t showing.

There is another way. A method designed for real people, real lives, and real results.

Ever notice how some people seem to stay consistent with workouts no matter what, while others struggle to start?

As a trainer, I see this all the time. And honestly, it’s rarely about willpower.

Most people think they need:
• more motivation
• more time
• or the “perfect plan”

But the people who succeed usually just have a simple routine they repeat, even on days when they don’t feel like it.

The real secret isn’t motivation… it’s consistency on the ordinary days.

I’m curious…

What is the hardest part of staying consistent with your workouts right now?

Many of you know I suffered a shoulder injury a few years back and doubted if I would ever do pull-ups and chin-ups again. I experienced pain, and it really threw me off. I had to skip doing many of the exercises I loved, including pull-ups. Recovery took time, and a visit to the physical therapist gave me a new perspective and hope. Perfect timing. I added a few more exercises and stayed with them.

Every time I thought I was getting closer to feeling normal, I would have a setback, reminding me of the importance of patience. To regain full strength, mobility, and the ability to do pull-ups again, I was reminded of the power our minds and bodies can have when we take care of them and persist.

I’m going to tag the FLEX GRIPS down below as they were game changers this past year. I have fallen in love with pull-ups again and have regained my GRIP! Something so simple as the right tool can make all the difference. Pull-ups are more than just an exercise for me; they’re proof of my resilience and grace under pressure.

Studies have shown that grip strength is a strong predictor of overall health and longevity. Here are a few key facts:

1. Indicator of Vitality: Research links grip strength to cardiovascular health, metabolic function, and reduced risk of conditions like heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. A strong grip often reflects overall muscle health, which supports metabolic and physical resilience.

2. Predictor of Longevity: Studies, such as those from the Lancet and Journal of Gerontology, found that weaker grip strength is associated with a higher risk of mortality, especially among older adults. Each 5 kg decrease in grip strength has been linked to a 16% increased risk of all-cause mortality.

3. Mobility and Independence: Grip strength is crucial for maintaining independence in older age, as it’s essential for everyday tasks like lifting, carrying, and balancing. Maintaining a strong grip supports mobility and quality of life well into later years.

Incorporating grip-strengthening exercises, such as dead hangs, farmer’s carries, and free-weight training, into your routine can be a powerful investment not just for physical fitness but also for long-term health and longevity.
