Now more than ever we need good examples of calm, confident and assertive men who prioritize compassion, courage, safety and connection to bring balance to this chaotic world.

We need men and fathers with honor and integrity who can lead and be role models to their children so that their children grow up to be loving, strong and courageous.

The only way to change a cruel world is to teach it that love is more powerful and kindness must be what prevails.

Happy Father's day to all of the men who lean into their feelings and consistently show up because they believe that it's always the right thing to do!

Be proud of the way that you get hit and still get back up and try again! Be proud of the man you've become, especially when you had no one to teach you what it means to be a man! Be proud of how you never let pain stop you from doing what is right and what is most loving! Be proud that you wake up everyday and fight the monsters so your children can feel safe and secure!

Don't ever let anyone make you feel small, don't ever talk down to yourself, stand up and believe in your heart that you are more powerful than anything that you've been afraid of so you can be the example that your children, and the world, needs!
