Almost everyone has attention issues at some point, almost no one has ADHD but it certainly will feel like it!
The following is a list of just a few things that affect attention: chronic pain, sleep disturbance, depression, stress, anxiety, PTSD, relational issues, thyroid dysfunction, etc.,

Some people who feel distracted believe they have ADHD. But other factors, such as depression, anxiety and poor sleep, can cause similar symptoms.
