Celebrating Hope and Community at the Voices for Children Gala 💙

Earlier this month, Dependable Nursing had the honor of attending Voices for Children, Inc.'s Starry Starry Night Gala, an unforgettable evening dedicated to supporting San Diego’s most vulnerable youth.

We were deeply inspired to spend the evening among so many compassionate, like-minded individuals who share a commitment to advocacy, empathy, and giving back. Events like this remind us how powerful it is when people and organizations come together to lift others up and create lasting change.

A heartfelt thank-you to Joshua Kim for inviting us to be part of such a meaningful event.

We’re also proud to share that Dependable Nursing’s own Carly DeLuca and Jeanette Rose serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) — volunteering their time to advocate for children, ensuring they receive the care, support, and benefits they need to truly thrive. Their dedication reflects the heart of Dependable Nursing: caring for others not only through healthcare, but through community and compassion.

It was a beautiful evening filled with connection, purpose, and hope — and we are grateful to have been part of it.

Dependable Nursing has been awarded a grant from Homeland - San Diego Veterans Magazine in recognition of the work we’ve been doing to support our local Veteran community. This support allows us to continue expanding our outreach, resources, and services for those who have served our country.
