HellcatsYoga Yoga teacher on a mission to encourage you to explore the edge of you comfort zone, and grow. I travel as much as I can, and love to teach abroad.

I teach yoga classes and workshops on a daily basis, and have done so for several years. I teach a stronger style of Vinyasa Flow, with lots of focus on alignment and technique, but without ever loosing the spiritual and mental parts of yoga.
