I teach yoga classes and workshops on a daily basis, and have done so for several years. I teach a stronger style of Vinyasa Flow, with lots of focus on alignment and technique, but without ever loosing the spiritual and mental parts of yoga. The next step towards all my dreams and visions is to finally open our new studio space where facilitators can grow their community, and practitioners explore some fun, unique and exciting practices.
This is also where I’ll be conducting my private yoga sessions, workshops and yoga teacher training courses.
We are calling it PLAYGROUNDED.
