Life is full of miraculous miracles everyday.... it’s “taking the time” to Notice them that we so often miss them ... If I take the “time” every second of every day to Notice these treasures; that is when my life feels in balance and I feel complete. Life, as we know it, is such a mystery and I am always so busy doing my ole “paralysis of analysis” to the point of driving MYSELF crazy 😜.... Learning to slow down, look around at all the beauty bestowed upon us and BREATHING are my “Earth School 101” lessons in life....(or at least THIS life)... Aaaaaaahhh, I feel better now💕... Just a BIG OLE THANK YOU to all my friends who "LIKE" and support my journey to wellness thru Young Living essential oils. It's been a long time since I've felt so well, healthy and happy and I KNOW, in my heart and soul that if Young Living hadn't come "in to my life", (thank you Lisa) I'd probably be just an old, worn out, sickly lookin, depressed, sorrowful cowgirl that felt even WORSE because I wasn't able to ride my beloved horse "Quincy". (and we ALL know that is my Mane Man! (nor, be able to love and enjoy my incredibly supportive husband and son for slappin me around and giving me the strength to "carry on".... So, Thank you all!!! from the depth of my heart for all your support and love!

Happy Horsey, Healthy and Harmonizing New Year to all my Homies and may this year bring you all an Abundance of all the things that make you happy and healthy and FULL of LIFE! One of my biggest joys in life is my "Happiness Walks" as an early (or later) walk is a blessing for the whole day.. In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks. Starting your day walking in beauty can be an aerobic high or a moving meditation. Today, walking is even being called a "Wonder Drug" because research keeps showing that strolling and striding is GOOD for the MIND, BODY, & SPIRIT!.. And, it's FREE, can be done most places and times, requires no special equipment and is healthy and mood-enhancing for people of almost every age.
To increase the happiness benefits as your walk, you can look around and COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS, or listen to music/podcasts, or focus on your breathe, or ---- just walk! Add a little of Young Living's "En-R Gee" essential oil or "Awaken" and your walk will become a "walk to embrace" and to "get ya goin' right ALL DAY LONG!
