* How to use these methods when working with individuals and groups of people
* How to run and facilitate Expressive Arts Groups in a community, corporate or clinical setting
* How to work with different populations and modify you creative experience for each groups special needs

We are training and certifying both therapists and coaches (if you are not currently a coach, we will prepare and teach you coaching skills)

Weaving is another wonderful art process to relax your mind and body and also valuable for self-reflection. Experiencing this fun, and creative modality, you can find the alternative way to strengthening your self-compassion, reconnect with self, and also a chance to connect with other creative like-minded people.

It's Back! Come Weave with us!

Weaving is a wonderful way to relax your body and mind. By moving into the sacred space of Weaving for wellness, we can find creative solutions, manifest our goals and connect with other creative like-minded people through this expressive and creative modality.
Join us Saturday March 5th From 10 am to 2 pm for our Weaving for Wellness group. This is a hybrid program where you can choose to attend either live at the studio in Carlsbad, CA, or by Zoom if you happen to be out of the area.
