Amber's Gluten Free Style Hi, my name is Amber and seven Years ago suffered from constant stomach aches after each meal. This changed my life dramatically.

After several unsuccessful doctor visits, I was finally diagnosed with Celiac Disease; which means that I am allergic to foods that contain gluten. After extensive research, I was able to prepare my favorite meals for myself at home with the right ingredients and learned how to order gluten free meals at restaurants. My goal is to counsel and educate individuals in their private homes as well as restaurants that would like to incorporate a gluten free menu to increase their business.
