ABOUT AMOS LOVELL:
I have been working with individuals and facilitating workshops promoting full human aliveness, health and consciousness for 25 years. It is my passion to connect authentically with a human being and then to facilitate ease, personal awareness and core level healing. I have previous experience in conventional psychology including counseling, team building, communications diversi

ty, prejudice reduction, reclaiming power, post traumatic stress, understanding patterns of gender, race and sexual orientation, conflict resolution and alternatives to violence. I am personally engaged by clients reporting places that they were stuck or unable to remember. Facilitating movement for these people became my strongest skill. During this time I developed my intuitive and spiritual awareness with channeling, spiritual inquiry and hands-on healing. I also became a Life coach, and body-balancing therapist (polarity/reiki work). Along the way, 10 years ago these approaches to health and balance became one. I now facilitate healing using a full mind-body-spirit perspective. Together with clients I help find the authentic self, clear old patterns, recontain the energy body and co-create a pathway for people to keep their health, balance and consciousness. I love music, singing, water, children, nature in all its forms, parenting, healing, flying, great food, touch, dance and breathing. I constantly seek the ecstasy of authentic connection with life be that a human being, art or simply the texture of a hand full of sand.

Following is about reading signs available to you in your life

One of the things people ask me about sometimes is signs. How do I interpret signs in the world and where do I find them? Well truthfully I found that you can see them anywhere. You can See a hawk flying from left to right and even find a book that will tell you what that means, or see a person with a frown in bumper-to-bumper traffic. Each can be a sign. But truly each one of us is a human with a history and a thinking mind. Reading signs is a function of the thinking mind and the subconscious mind combined with an opening to spiritual input. We look at something that happens in front of us and then open it to random interpretation. It is both our experience and the openness to spiritual input that gives us the meanings. It is as though the universe is speaking to you at all times through things that you see in the world. Which it is.
This also takes people to the point of choice. We can take meaning out of anybody's behavior or even the flow of a river. But should we? Therein lies the choice.
Ultimately it's a choice between my mind and the mind of the universe. If I know I am seeing a clear message, which should I choose. And of course therein lies discernment. Sometimes I choose for me and sometimes I pay attention to the universe. Free Will is always yours first. You always get to choose
