As a Practitioner, I am either guiding a session or I am staying on top of my skills set by being guided. Yesterday, I participated in a Regression facilitated by one of my colleagues.

I found myself in a field full of Yellow poppies, and saw myself rubbing my back on a white horse. There was an older man saddling the horse, and he had a piece of wheat stick in his mouth. There was more to the journey. However, these symbols were the ones that stood out to me.

I have been noticing blue butterflies lately in books, magazines, and advertisements. I have yet to see a real one. However, they say they are rare.

They symbolize change or rebirth, regardless to their color. Blue butterflies are often considered a symbol of love. Blue is one of the fresh colors. Due to their colors, blue butterflies send us a vibration of joy and happiness.

Today at the beach, I found a shell, and a little while later my daughter found a similar shell in the ocean. What are the odds of similar shells?

Seashells are known to carry calming and healing energy, and to our surprise there was a crab in each shell!

Year of the Wooden Dragon begins February 9th. Year of propelling forward, opening up to create beyond our limitations. A year of the highest potential. It's the only animal that is mystical of all the chinese animals. It's a year of coming back to self. Wood is the most human-like element. Wood is associated with new beginnings, renewal, soaring. As an element it represents foundation, growth, flexibility. The year of the dragon's potential is to embody and make it manifest, great opportunities. A year of action because attuning and receiving will be the biggest challenge. Letting go for something greater to come in. Harnessing the energy for the fullest expression. We will need to attune to this energy by moving into resonance. It's a force, a power that will move people. places and things. What will you need to shed and release or empty out to attune to the Wooden Dragon energy?

A lot of our programming is passed on a cellular level from our ancestors. We function 90 percent of the time on automatic pilot. Our unconscious mind leads us most of the time. It is important to pause and self reflect. It is so important to begin to liberate limiting beliefs, behaviors and thoughts that are a result of our programming. Take steps towards freedom. You are not your program.

To those in the path of healing...

After doing so much ancestral and self healing work, after the exhaustion of letting go of so much programming and gaining so much insight I was greeted by a sense of relief. After arriving at this sense of relief, I was then welcomed by an uncomfortable void, an idle moment and uncertainty. It's interesting because I have learned that it is in the void that we create. Arriving at this place, I sat in contemplation with the idea that maybe, I chose to experience all of this. For me, at that point it didn't really matter. What I can share is that the experience lifted a million veils, and the learning I got is that love is all there is. My journey has brought me to the now moment. The realization, I am sharing is mine and mine alone. However, the importance of sharing this story is that we don't get the learning until we get it. And when we get the learning. it becomes a knowing. It's in that knowing that we understand. It's like reading a recipe, you get how to do it intellectually but until you make the dish, it doesn't become a knowing. My experience of doing the work has been like a death and a rebirth at the same time, both processes are incredible but both hurt. It's the contrast of this existence. We hear a lot about doing the work, here I share my experience. What my journey has taught me thus far, basically is to enjoy every now moment, to use my senses, and enjoy this experience. Not having to do or undo anything, to go with the flow, and be carried. I know, It may sound rhetorical but it's simple and yet it isn't. You just need to know within you. This is not everyone's reality or experience but mine. It sounds so simple but it hasn't been. It is a transformation, one of many lonely nights, tears and sadness by myself. It definitely is not for the meek of heart. However, my gift at the end has been that of Freedom. A freedom that only one can experience!

Wow, not sure if you all have been feeling the Pluto astrological shift. It's been intense to say the least Pluto's energy has one going deep, real deep to see and transform things within us that no longer serve . It's like an internal clearing. Then its shift into Aquarius has us aligned with our truths. When it was positioned in Capricorn it left having us collapse old structures before its shift. Now it's time for lots of self care and hydration.

I just saw in a reel someone comparing the experience as a fish out of water, a freak out, chaos and then rebirth.

Sometimes with childhood wounds, people will try to get their unmet needs met externally by searching for validation from others.All this can happen unconsciously and as blindspots to a person. Needs that were unmet by mom and dad, if not healed can cause havoc because the inner child will seek to meet their need externally continuously.

So today's sign came in through Octopus. I've been sighting Octopus all over the place these past few days. It wasn't until last night, I noticed that there was a message to be had.

I participated in a group journey this morning. I had several animals show up but most interesting I had a seagull. I looked up its meaning and posted it below.

Other symbolic words that can be associated with a seagull sighting are cunning, perseverance, fearlessness, survival, and freedom, just to name a few. It's almost as though Spirit shows us through animals that we often live within self-made limits

Seagull symbolism means that there is always opportunity in everything, including the most unlikely places. Things may seem a little barren and unproductive right now. However, even the most unlikely places can bear an opportunity for your new resources. The point is to realize that you are in this place and time for a reason. Remain optimistic because you will know the cause eventually. Trust your instincts and follow through.

Seagull totem people also have a knack for turning the most unlikely things to their advantage. Consequently, they are also very productive and creative in using limited resources to their full advantage. Seagull totem people love to congregate in large crowds and have no trouble defining their space in everyday situations. Generally speaking, they are fearless and will often look people in the eye and challenge them to find a better way to resolve issues.

I have been meditating for years. In my meditations, I keep going back to a beach scene where there is a two story house by the beach. I've never necessarily have set that intention of being on the beach except that I would like to live close to the beach. The same scene has changed over the years. At the beginning, I could only see bits and pieces of the house. Little by little its gotten clearer, more details in and around the house. Today was a breakthrough of sorts. I saw the house it shimmered and I was able to see the number 111 in front of the house. Well the numbers were staged on the wall of the entrance of the house. When I saw the house now, it was literally in my face, it shimmered, I saw it as a hologram. Brilliant! The house is in my face. It's wild!

When I started this process. I set out with the intention in my meditation of how I wanted to feel in the future. I want to continue my peace journey, and here I am in my future now. I know that what we see with our minds eye doesn't necessarily look exactly the same in 3d but it does come into fruition. We will see... I will keep you posted.

Life is good...The last Journey for now in Indy was a Love Journey which I love doing! What is fascinating about this work is that the facilitator gets just as much healing if not more. I remember telling my client these words as she started to leave the office, I threw my arms up in the air wide open and loudly said, Now get ready to RECEIVE! What a beautiful message!

In my meditation today, I was gifted a bouquet of White roses. I looked up white rose's metaphysical properties, and got this info which I noted below on the history of white roses. So cool!

The History of the White Roses
The history of white roses is incredibly enchanting. It started in ancient Greece when this color rose symbolized Aphrodite, who you may recall was renamed Venus if you paid attention during the segment on Greek mythology in school.

Call her Aphrodite or Venus, whatever you like, but the story goes that all roses were white until this revered goddess pricked her foot on a thorn which caused the roses to turn red. Back in those ancient days, offering flowers at the temples of these gods was incredibly common, and roses were brought for Aphrodite.

Due to this practice, this is why giving flowers to a woman is one way to tell her you think she’s a goddess herself. But the history of the white rose doesn’t end in ancient Greece.

During the 14th century, the War of Roses was between the Duke of York and the Lancaster family in England. The Duke’s family used the white rose as a symbol, while the others used the red rose.

Even after this war, the white rose maintained an air of true love and feminism and was a mainstay at weddings. Later on, the tradition of white roses turned up in bridal bouquets thanks to Queen Victoria, who carried white roses down the aisle in her marriage in 1840.

As a healer, and I don't necessarily like this title. We actually are holders of space so others can choose to heal. We can influence peoples energy, ultimately though the choice is theirs. So to my fellow healers boundaries are very important when doing the work. Always be mindful how we get involved in someone else's narrative.
