Samantha is a Medical Assistant at Integrated Pain Solutions – Springfield and is inspired by A Space for Belonging.

Dylan is an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our Carmel Support Office and is inspired by A Space for Belonging.

“I do not come from the medical field in any capacity, yet everyone at APC encourages and wants me to learn without judgment of my questions.”

Dylan shared how supported he feels being part of APC:
“Any ideas or concerns that I have ever had throughout my time at APC have not been heard on deaf ears!”

Dylan brings a fun and unique energy to the team and he describes himself as a well-traveled, goofy husband who dives headfirst into his hobbies—so much so that he’s built an impressive collection of 250 board games! 🎲

And we have to give a special shoutout to his Halloween creativity—his costume this year (pictured in the first photo) was one of our favorites in last years contest… dressing up as our CEO, Dr. K! 👏

Dusti shared what she loves most about being part of APC:

With 18 years of experience as a radiology technologist and over nine years with APC, Dusti brings both expertise and heart to everything she does.

Outside of work, she’s a passionate animal advocate with a beautiful rescued dog and two cats—and she regularly supports local rescue organizations. 🐾

Ian is a Registered Nurse at the Center for Special Surgery and is inspired by Open Communication.

“I’m loud and proud—you’ll know when I’m in the room! But more importantly, I appreciate a team that listens. I love sharing feedback and being open to growth and change. Open communication is what makes all of our other inspirations successful.”

Ian joined our team in late January 2026 after spending four years in the CVICU. He’s excited to be in a new environment, learning more about spine and pain management—especially since continuing education is one of his favorite parts of nursing.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys reading, writing, cooking, traveling, board games, costume creation, and biking.
