OMI will be offering morning training sessions for baseball players 2x/week on M/W/F at 7a. Each week you choose which 2 days work best with your game/pitching schedule.

❗️NEW❗️ OMI’s newest Sports Performance class will be tailored to 6th-8th grade boys and would be beneficial for any sport. It is designed to improve overall athleticism with strength, speed, & agility being the main areas of focus.

It is a 10 week program with NO classes April 7th-10th for Spring Break week.

🚨 We are excited to announce that OMI will be moving to a new location!! 🚨

📍12292 Hancock St.
Carmel, IN 46032

This warehouse style facility has over 5,000 sq ft. which allows for a lot of expansion in our training programs, an all new pitching area, and 2 rooms fully dedicated to Sports Rehab!

We are working hard to transition buildings and will be providing sneak peaks as we get closer to opening day! STAY TUNED!
