This innovative way or practicing medicine will eliminate the paperwork and red tape that result in long waits, rushed visits, and our inability to fully devote our energy to our patient's needs. We are going back to the way that medicine should be - a relationship between a patient and their doctor. We have over 85 years of primary care experience between the three of us. Dr. Bob Habig, Dr. Elaine Habig, and Dr. Mary Pat Forkin, the founding partners of our practice, have been taking care of patients in the area for over 30 years. We have watched generations of patients thrive in our community, and have enjoyed being apart of your lives. As Westfield continues to grow and change, we are committed to its residents, and hope we can continue providing personal and trusted care.

SANTA IS BACK AT WPP!!!
Please join us on Wednesday December 21 from 6-8 pm for the Christmas event.
Santa will arrive at 6:30 pm. He would love to hand out a personal gift for you child, grandchild, little neighbor child etc. If you can provide a reasonable gift, wrapped with the child's name and drop it off ahead of time or put it into the box just inside the reception area (discretely) - Santa becomes very real to these little ones. We have received some inquiries regarding our Medical Weight Management Program.

The initial appointment provides a detailed outline of the program and a discussion of all options. It is $275. After the initial appointment, you will have a 3-month follow-up plan. It is $150 per month. After the 3-month follow-up plan, you will have the per visit plan, which is $75 per appointment.
