This one might sting: medicine is overused where lifestyle change should be the first line of defense.

👉 High blood pressure? Exercise, weight loss, and diet changes often work better than pills.
👉 Type 2 diabetes? Reversible with lifestyle.
👉 Sleep issues? Fix your habits before you reach for meds.

I prescribe meds when necessary—but we can’t medicate our way out of lifestyle problems.
