The real indicators of health are:
• Fasting glucose
• A1c
• Blood pressure
• Triglycerides
• HDL
• Waist circumference
• VO₂ max
• Strength levels

If we treated metabolic health with the same urgency as weight, we’d prevent millions of chronic diseases.
