Join her for Sculpt Core on Thursday mornings, where we will warm up with a yoga flow and then work your abs, hips, and thighs through a series of matwork exercises that will burn your belly! We use rings, balls, light weights, bands, and body weight exercises to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your whole body with a special emphasis on your midsection.
