“My 83-year-old father has been here this week to receive rehab for a recent hip replacement. Everyone has been wonderful from the receptionist, the kitchen staff, the janitorial staff and all the clinical staff. All 3 CNA's he has had have been very personable and have provided the best care to my dad. They are Gabby, Kilynn and Betty. The nurse he's had the last 2 days has been phenomenal! (Brianna) She has paid attention to his needs and quickly and quietly worked to make him as comfortable as possible—one getting him medicine for 4 days of hiccups, and a bed extender so his legs weren't cramped up. She has been a calming, reassuring presence to him in times of blood pressure crisis and her personality gels great with his. She has had him smiling and laughing through this stressful time! Erin from Pharmacy has taken time to review his history and made necessary adjustments to help make his rehab as smooth as possible. Everyone has treated my dad with dignity and made sure he understands when he's had questions. I'm looking forward for him having a successful recovery, thanks to the caring staff.”
