1) Start with dry skin before a shower.

3) Begin at your feet and brush upward toward your heart with long, gentle strokes.
4) Be gentle – no need to scrub hard. It should feel good, not painful.
5) Shower afterward to rinse away dead skin, and follow with a moisturizer.
