I launched At The Core in July 2014 after spending close to two decades in the corporate wellness arena. I saw a niche to serve small businesses (generally under 200 employees) who have been overlooked by the wellness vendors because of their size. Yet small businesses are the backbone of this nation - and employees at these organizations deserve every opportunity to enjoy a healthy way of life. It's a win-win situation: staff members get healthy when their employers choose At The Core to help employees move more. And healthy employees means more productive and energetic employees who are absent less, are focused more, and cost less from a health insurance perspective.
