Mark Your Calendar: November 20 is the Great American Smokeout!
Thinking about quitting smoking or va**ng? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to do it alone. The Great American Smokeout is your chance to take that first step toward a healthier, smoke-free life.
Here’s what you can do before the big day:
• Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about quit aids
• Set a quit date and tell someone you trust
• Download a quit-smoking app or join a support group
• Remove triggers from your space—stash the lighters, ditch the v**e
• Write down your reasons for quitting and keep them close
Every step counts. Whether it’s your first try or your fifth, November 20 is a powerful day to recommit to your health and your future. Let’s breathe easier—together. 💙
