Meet Brittany! She came to us at with debilitating right-sided low back pain, sciatica, and numbness that was affecting her daily life.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Steroids only provided minimal relief, and she was looking at needing an MRI if symptoms didn’t improve.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We focused on a whole-body approach that included:
🔹 a 12-visit acute care plan with gentle adjustments
🔹 Flexion-distraction therapy
🔹 Dry needling

Meet our incredible patient who’s been coming to us at in Carmel, IN for 17 years!!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
At her recent annual exam, we were thrilled to see her x-rays showed NO progression of disc degeneration and NO development of curvatures (including the dreaded ‘old lady hump’ many fear with aging).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
At retirement age, she’s still gardening daily, maintaining her lawn, handling all household chores independently, AND helping her kids! This is what consistent chiropractic care looks like. 🙌🏼

We simply added a few more posture exercises and stretches to her routine.
