Kids! Come join us for fun, interactive nutrition classes that explore healthy foods, kitchen skills, and confidence in the kitchen — all in a safe, age-appropriate learning environment.

We’re excited to offer another engaging Kids in the Kitchen Series, designed for children ages 7–13. Each month, kids will learn about wholesome ingredients, balanced eating, and basic food preparation through guided demonstrations and hands-on activities.
