Feeling Overwhelmed? 😩 You're not alone. Life can feel like too much—too many decisions, too many emotions, too many expectations. But you don’t have to stay stuck in that spiral.
Here are a few simple mindset shifts to help you get grounded and surrender it all to God:
💭 Shift your thoughts: Overwhelm often starts in our minds. Replace the chaos with truth. Instead of "I can't handle this," try "God is with me, and He will strengthen me" (Isaiah 41:10).
🌿 Get grounded: Step away from the noise. Take a walk, breathe deeply, or simply sit in silence. Reconnect with God through nature, prayer, or journaling. When your feet are still, your spirit can settle.
🙏 Surrender: You were never meant to carry it all. Lay your burdens at Jesus’ feet—again and again if needed. He promises rest to the weary (Matthew 11:28-30).
