Metafit™ - total body-weight training. 30 minute metabolic workout that keeps on working and burning calories for 24 hours! Metafit™ will help you:
- Increase your metabolism
- Preserve/increase muscle mass
- Increase fitness
- Burn fat

30min HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) =
During: up to 300 plus kcals
Afterburn: up to 500 kcals

All Metafit™ classes are completed within 30 minutes and achieve the results of a much longer workout. This training combines traditional body-weight exercises (think squats, burpees, lunges, press ups) with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire!

- It is suitable for all fitness levels and all exercises can be regressed or progressed to ensure that both beginners and the advanced fitness enthusiasts alike all get the most out of their workout!

- 2-3 Metafit sessions per week is ideal with a rest period of 1-2 days between workouts.
