Bowen therapists have known for a very long time the connection between the brain and inflammation/ pain. PTSD or past emotional trauma keeps the body held in a high “fight/flight” state which results in sympathetic nervous system stimulating and resulting tight contracted muscle and fascia! Choose a therapy or treatment that addresses the primary cause!!
