In my opinion the brain is one of the most important organs in the body ( besides the heart). But, in natural health the brain has not been a major area of focus. Because of that fact I have been studying the brain and how to help your brain do as well as possible. Why?
Because the brain runs your body. It tells the autonomic system what to do. It is very connected to your gut ( the gut brain axis) and it interprets every stimulus that you are exposed to.
Yes this super computer is very important for our health but who is taking care of your brain?
Here are some of my tips to help your brain;

Water at least 1/2 your body weight with good quality water
