THE HOUSE SOL RITUAL

Upon entering, please remove your shoes and leave them at the door.

Bring all personal belongings with you to the back of the studio and place them in the cubbies.
Phones should be on silent and left there.

If you are a member, please use the Sol app to scan yourself in.
If you need help, our front desk team is happy to assist.

When you enter the practice space, line your mat up front and center with the floor marker.

No talking in the yoga space.
This honors those who arrive early to breathe, settle, or meditate before class.

Please stay for Savasana and remain in the room until it is complete.
If you choose to rest longer, others will honor your stillness.

When exiting, move quietly.

After class, place used towels in the black bucket.
Return blocks, straps, and mats to the white bin or neatly beside it.

Most of us are really good at doing life
the hard way.
Fast. Loud. Complicated.

At Sol, we practice the opposite.
One breath.
