Chrome Con is a full body strength and conditioning class with a special focus on the muscles and movements we need in pole. Exercises can include body weight, free weights, and the use of a TRX. You can sign up for this class on Tuesdays at 6:20 pm, Wednesdays at 4:45 pm, Saturdays at 8:30 am, or Sundays at 1:45 or 2:45 pm. This class is suitable for all students.
