At Carmel Eyecare, we focus on customizing your eye care to optimize your vision for how you use it. Our team is never paid on commission, recommending only what is right for you. We provide comprehensive eye care, from routine eye health and vision care, to emergency trauma and ocular disease management. We carry mostly independent frame lines, which means higher quality products which will outla

st the mass-produced brands. You may not have heard of all of our frame brands, but you will feel the difference as soon as you try them on. We custom-fit Essilor lenses to provide the best optics and durability for every pair. We offer Optomap retinal imaging, which in most cases eliminates the need for dilation and provides a year-to-year comparison for our doctors to monitor your retinal health.

Meet Oliver, 1yr old Golden Retriever.
Oliver has an amazing story.

Around 10 weeks old, he had a run in with an outdoor cat. Causing a laceration to the lens of his eye. Early on, he underwent a lens extraction due to a traumatic cataract, similar to humans. Oliver is the happiest, most friendly big guy.

At his most recent visit, due to the traumatic cataract needing removed, he now has high eye pressure and a retinal detachment. But that doesnt slow him down!

Show some love for Oliver! His family is taking great care of him.
