What’s common is quietly killing us
Just because something is familiar and common doesn’t make it safe or wise.

❤️ I love my birth land, and I come back every year. But now, with the awareness and knowledge I’ve gained, it makes me appreciate my intentional, healthy lifestyle even more. ❤️

My body can handle occasional toxic exposure — and I know how to help my body remove it from my system.

But most people don’t.
And what’s “normal” here — synthetic fragrances, plastics in everything, sugar on every corner — is silently fueling disease, hormonal chaos, and inflammation.

We can’t control everything, but we can choose not to live in denial.

When you know better, you live better!! 💛

10 months ago, I was learning to walk again after severe disk herniation, nerve damage, and surgery.

Nerve damage still lingers in my leg—so every big step is cautious.

But this week?

I found myself boulder-walking in my homeland 🇸🇰—pushed (hard!) by my crazy and amazing Slovakian friends 💪😁—up the steep, rocky trails of the breathtaking Vysoké Tatry (High Tatras).

This wasn’t the stroll I expected 😂

The elevation. The balance. The uneven terrain.

It tested everything in me.

And I did it 💪 because of my consistent daily workouts, my amazing PT team, and my promise to myself: Do the work so you can do anything you want.

Here’s the truth: Movement is freedom.

It’s why I train consistently—yoga, strength, cardio, balance, Pilates—because each type of movement prepares your body for life’s adventures.

And I plan to keep having fun and safe adventures 😊

My goal?

To move freely until my very last day.

What’s yours?

This is why MOVEMENT is one of my 4 Live Well Methodology Pillars.

So move. Move. Move. Consistently.

Travel doesn’t have to ruin your rhythm—if you travel with a strategy.✈️

If you know or have worked with me you know I am all about having a solid strategy to enjoy life to the fullest 😊

I’ve traveling from California to Paris and now heading from Croatia to Austria and Slovakia the land I was born in.

9-hour time difference… and no jet lag, no energy crash, no digestive mess—because I plan ahead.

✅ I follow a simple travel protocol every time:
☀️ Align with natural light to reset circadian rhythm
🏃‍♀️ Move my body daily and strategically
🧳 Pack smart: non-perishable, whole foods and my specific supplements

🥗 Today’s airport lunch? Anchovies, bell pepper, seed crackers from home, hard-boiled eggs, plastic-free salt k travel with everywhere, and a local apple.
All fiber + clean protein. Zero ultra-processed junk.

Toxins from the environment, chronic stress, alcohol, sugar, ultra processed food damage mitochondria which lead to discomfort and diseases.

Sleep well
Breath well
Eliminate toxins
