The Center for Fully Functional Health offers personalized, comprehensive, medical care geared at restoring and maximizing optimal health by utilizing the Functional and Integrative Medicine models. What We Do
We perform an extremely detailed analysis of your health history from the prenatal period (if known) to the present day, focusing on significant diet, lifestyle, or environmental factors as well as genetics which have affected your health. This includes analysis of the effects of stress, physical trauma, family history, industrial toxins, infections, and food/medication intake. A thorough physical examination will be performed to gather additional important information. We then design a personalized healthcare program structured to restore you to optimum health.

We spent the weekend welcoming home the newest member of the Antoine family—Norman 🐾 He’s a merle Bernedoodle and could not be sweeter.

If you know me, you know I love my dogs to the max ❤️ they’re the best natural oxytocin boosters & always good for nervous system support. My other dogs, Bernie and Zeppy are still adjusting to our new family member.

Last night we had our annual office party gathering ✨The highlights included Fire Cider, Honey Cinnamon Butter, and Simmer Pot bags made together.

Fire Cider is commonly used to support immunity 🤧💪 let us know if you try this recipe!

Ingredients for ONE 24oz jar:
• 2 slices orange
• 1 slice lemon
• 1 - 2 spoonfuls garlic, chopped
• 2- 3 spoonfuls ginger, chopped
• 1 slice horseradish
• 1 - 1.5 scoops onion, chopped
• 2 spoonfuls jalapeño, chopped
• 2 spoonfuls turmeric, chopped
• 1 sprig rosemary
Then cover with:
• Apple cider vinegar

How to Make It
1. Put on gloves.
2. Add all listed ingredients to one empty jar.
3. Fill jar about ¾ full with ingredients.
4. Slowly pour in apple cider vinegar until ingredients are fully covered. Wipe rim & close tightly.
5. Steep 4-6 weeks before use.

What’s your go-to activity that instantly lowers your stress?!

Mine is puzzles—I’ve finished 9 and counting over the holidays so far. Giving your nervous system a break from a constant state of stress is good for your overall health. Highly recommend finding an activity that feels relaxing for you and taking time out of your day for yourself 🧩

Bonus points if there’s a cute dog nearby for an oxytocin boost 🐶✨

More information isn’t always better 😅 getting labs is great BUT if you don’t have the context or expertise to make sense of it, it can be a big waste of time & money.

Real medicine is not just looking at data and flagging things outside of a functional range like AI can do… it’s understanding the underlying WHY behind the numbers so you can figure out what’s really going on in your body.
