Our team did their part this morning and we couldn’t be more proud! There was a car accident in front of the office around 8:30am. Melissa has experience in the emergency field so she directed traffic until police arrived and Dr. Scott was one of the first responders!

This week there’s been two car accidents in front of the office. We encourage you to be extra cautious everyday, but especially when turning either direction from First St NW onto Rangeline Rd. With cars parking on the side streets, it’s very difficult to see. All parties of both crashes are in our thoughts and prayers ♥️

A few more photos from our 30th anniversary adventure. If you’re gluten free, don’t be afraid to travel to Italy! We were able to find many places to accommodate and still enjoyed incredible pasta, pizza and desserts.

So thankful to everyone at our office and that kept everything running smoothly while we were gone! Tomorrow I’ll be sharing all my travel tips with you all!

Just took an amazing quick weekend trip to Florida to visit my sister! Highlights included a workout class together, trip to the farmer’s market, and lots of home cooked food including gluten free sourdough breadsticks (yum!).

It was so refreshing to recharge, spend time with family, and soak in the sunshine. Hope you had an amazing weekend!
