This month, we’re especially proud to celebrate Occupational Therapy Month and the incredible impact our OTs make every single day! 🎉

Recently, we had the opportunity to see advocacy in action as highlighted by the American Occupational Therapy Association, where a U.S. Senate staffer joined our occupational therapist, Shawn Layman, for a home health ride-along. Experiences like this are so important in helping policymakers truly understand the value of care delivered in the home.

Occupational therapists play a critical role in helping patients regain independence, improve safety, and remain where they want to be most, at home. Their work not only changes lives but also strengthens the entire continuum of care.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this that shine a light on the meaningful work happening in home health every day.
