Here’s an example of a full set of back cups (that I did today) which helps pull out stagnation (lactic acid and other gunk) from the tissues and pulls in fresh blood, oxygen and nutrients to relax and heal muscles and fascia. Cupping also boosts the immune system, detoxifies, and supports respiratory health, among other things.
We do a lot of this at the clinic and get great results. It got so popular after the last summer Olympics (thank you Michael Phelps) that we had to install a dish washer!
