As May and Mental Health Awareness Month come to an end, we are reminded of the ongoing need for Mental Heath Awareness:
* 30 million people lack proper access to quality mental health care.
* 1 in 5 adults experience mental illness each year.
* 1 in 6 youth have a mental health issue, just half receive treatment.
* 50% of lifetime mental illness begins by age 14, 75% by age 24.
It’s OK to not be OK. May is a reminder to check in on your mental health and ask for help if you need it. Let’s lift each other up.

CoveCare Center was honored last week at Boscobel House and Gardens by the Cold Spring Area Chamber of Commerce during the 2025 Cold Spring Chamber Awards.
Our CEO, Eric Toth accepted the "East-West Connector Award" in recognition of the intentional work to link the East and West sides of the county while spreading mental health awareness.
