It’s almost unbelievable that the last Reiki Circle I led was over 3 years ago. These monthly gatherings were a staple in the yoga studio since 2009. They laid the foundation for the Reiki certifications that followed. I held so many Reiki 1 & 2 classes over the years, I lost count. At the peak of it all, we ended up having three Reiki Masters attune over 20 students in what was an epic class radiating Light.

But all that was before the pandemic. Before the world drastically changed. And before I journeyed through the darkness and the void place of spirit in my own life.

Healing is an ongoing process. The skills we learn in healing will be applied throughout our lives to help us navigate through the dark and heavy times until we find ourselves back in the Light again. While we strive for a life of happiness and joy, we know deep down there will be times of sadness and despair. Both are important and both have something to teach us so we can grow and evolve. It’s the lessons we take from those challenges that turn into wisdom for the years to come.

As I finally cross over onto the Lighter side of Life, I bring with me the wisdom born from sorrow and a desire to pass the healing on. It’s time for us all to return to the Healing light and spread the healing energy into the world.
