We had a wonderful time celebrating our amazing nurses at our National Nurses Lunch today. 💙 Our hospice and home health nurses are truly something special. It takes a unique kind of heart, compassion and strength to care for patients and families during some of life’s most difficult and vulnerable moments.

Every day, they bring comfort, dignity, guidance, and love into the homes of those we serve. Their care is a source of support, peace, and reassurance for both patients and their loved ones.

We are endlessly grateful for the incredible nurses who make Amari Home Health and Hospice what it is. Thank you for the heart you pour into every visit, every conversation, and every patient journey. 👩‍⚕️🕊️

Our Mother’s Day Remembrance event was truly so special.

We spent the afternoon creating teacup planters to honor the mothers and mother figures held close in our hearts. Seeing so many people come together to create, share stories, and support, but another made the day deeply meaningful.

Thank you for allowing us to share this time with you. It was a beautiful reminder that even in grief, there is still room for healing and love.

Amari Community Garden Update!

From bare soil to something meaningful. 🌱 What started on March 19th as a patch of dirt (and yes… lots of bugs — a good sign of healthy soil!) is slowly becoming something really special. After hours of weeding and sheet mulching, we began to see the potential of our community garden.

By early April, progress was underway, and this past week, it truly became a team effort 💚

With Lauren M (our MSW and Volunteer Coordinator) leading the way with an incredible team and our amazing volunteer, we took another big step forward.

This garden was inspired by a simple but powerful idea: creating our own flowers to share with hospice patients and their families , a small gesture that can bring positivity during challenging moments.

We’re not quite in bloom yet, but we’re getting closer every day 🌸 Stay tuned as we continue to grow something beautiful together.

We see you every day. The way you care for our patients with such skill and kindness, the calm presence you bring into homes, and the comfort you give to families during some of life’s hardest moments. You’re not just doing a job, you’re making a real difference in people’s lives.
