While every team member at Whitney Oaks plays a vital role in the care and comfort of our residents, we wanted to take a moment to introduce you to some of the key leaders who help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and at the bedside.
Abe Olson – Administrator
Abe oversees the day-to-day operations at Whitney Oaks, supporting staff and ensuring residents receive high-quality care. He works closely with every department to keep things running smoothly and make sure families feel confident in the care we provide.
Gemma Cruz – Director of Marketing
Gemma is the friendly face connecting Whitney Oaks with families, hospitals, and the wider community. Her dedication to building strong relationships ensures residents feel welcomed and supported from day one.
Erin Mancinas – Director of Nursing
Erin brings strong clinical leadership and deep compassion to our nursing department. She ensures our residents receive the best possible care while supporting and mentoring our nursing staff.
Schelila Walker – Assistant Director of Nursing
Schelila is a key pillar of our nursing team, helping manage day-to-day clinical operations and guiding our nurses with professionalism and a nurturing spirit.
Ronke Sanyaolu – Case Manager
Ronke helps coordinate resident care with attention to every detail. Her commitment to communication and follow-through helps ensure smooth transitions and personalized support for each resident and their family.
Tanya Rowley – Director of Rehab
Tanya leads our outstanding therapy team, focusing on helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence. With over a decade of experience, she blends clinical excellence with a patient-centered approach.
Shelby Pursley – Director of Staff Development
Shelby trains and supports our clinical team to deliver top-tier care. From new hire orientation to ongoing education, she ensures our staff stays skilled, confident, and ready to serve.
