Today’s Total Body Fitness class got a Valentine’s twist 💜

Each heart has a themed movement on one side and the strength exercise on the other. Participants flip… and commit to whatever they pick.

Because fitness should be effective and engaging. When exercise is enjoyable, consistency becomes easier and consistency is what builds strength, resilience, and longevity.

Instead of trying to do all the things, try one small reach-out.

Think of 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 you haven’t talked to in a while.
Send a short message. No catching up required. No perfect words needed.

A few weeks into the new year, I keep hearing the same thing:

“𝘐 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨… 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘐 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘐’𝘮 𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥.”

That’s exactly why I stopped doing New Year’s resolutions years ago.

Instead, I think in terms of experiments.
When something is an experiment, you can’t fail — you either learn that it helped, or you learn that it didn’t.

Small, doable steps.
Taken with intention.
Anchored to purpose, not pressure.

Last Saturday, we gathered at Carnation Farms for our 2026 Vision Board Workshop.

What stood out to me most wasn’t the boards themselves — it was the intention in the room.

People slowing down.
Getting clear.
Giving themselves permission to think about what they want next — and why it matters.

This workshop is never just about creating a vision board. It’s about creating space and choosing what they want in their life for this year.

Grateful for everyone who showed up so thoughtfully — and to Carnation Farms for always being such a beautiful place to gather and reflect. ✨

This is what I love most about our 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀:
