Level 3 Classes in San Diego are amazing! I learned so much, not only as a practitioner but as a human being. The amount of wisdom and pure presence I got to witness during this class is more than words can express.

And yes, I did learn a lot about cancer and how to work with cancer patients, but, it does NOT mean that I now can diagnose, treat or cure cancer - Let's leave that to Western medicine. I'm happy to help anyone with cancer (or cancer survivor) to alleviate any side effects due to their treatment and strengthen their energy systems to be able to deal with their life situation better.

Yesterday I went hiking and for the love of this sport, I went ahead and wrote a new blog post how anyone experiencing knee pain while hiking, can make it enjoyable again.

Just two years ago, I was unable to do any hikes with elevation more than 1000 feet, or my knees would inflame and ache for two+ days. Today, I'm running down the mountains with no pain, and there are many others who have gotten rid of the pesky knee problem just like me. Thanks to Eden energy medicine.

So, filled with all the gratitude towards Donna Eden and this modality, I hope everyone with knee issues would try EEM before going through all the invasive procedures that are readily offered today, ranging from surgery to highly priced injections that your insurance won't cover. I'd be happy to help!

My Wood blog post, Unleash your inner Warrior - is now published!

I truly needed to cultivate my Wood to get this blog post into completion. As much as I love to talk, and write about the Five Elements, there's always more to learn, to discover. At some point you just need to say, this is good for now. I'll revisit this subject next Spring for sure!!!

My new website is open! I posted a couple of blog posts as well and I'm only getting started guys. I'm currently working on a post about Spring and Wood element energy.

If you've met me lately, you may have heard of me talking about the 5 Elements that stem from Traditional Chinese Medicine :)

I believe everyone can benefit from knowing their own primary Element, and better yet, their family members' and close friends', and colleagues' as well. I share a link in my latest blog post to a free training that Donna Eden offers about the Elements.

When you see people through the "Element lenses", there's no need for judgment or prejudice anymore. They may do and sense things differently from you, but you'll see that it's just their Rhythm, it's how they roll in this world.

Knowing the primary Element is also helpful when figuring out the root cause of a physiological condition. Because of the Mind-Body connection, balancing the Element will help your body heal the condition.

I’m committed to(myself) doing EEM related volunteer work 2 days a month. Today I offered a free class at our local Senior Center. I had a lovely group of enthusiastic senior citizens and some younger folks too learning EEM and Donna’s Daily Energy Routine with me.

- Because everyone should have access to healthcare and wellness!

Well, on second thought, I enjoyed it so much that I feel I was the one who was on the receiving side today.
